Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only under pre-agreed contractual terms with wholesale clients. Due to the nature of certified diamonds and custom manufacturing, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting documentation and images for review.
